Inn items fall into different categories, like Poultice or Food, and you can increase the chance of finding certain categories of Inn items by equipping certain stagecoach items.

the Anaemic trait can cancel out some healing items. Be mindful of your party's quirks when using Inn items as some of them can cancel out Inn items e.g. Some Inn items are single-use and others can be used to support multiple heroes. To use them, you'll need to click on them and drag them to the relevant targets. You can only use Inn items when you're at an Inn. Inn items can have a variety of effects, including boosting positive relationships within your party, increasing your party's maximum health, and adding extra resistance to particular negative tokens or types of attack during combat. They're incredibly useful yet easy to overlook in favor of trinkets and more exciting combat items.

Inn items can be found in a number of ways, ranging from Inn vendors and the Hoarder, to random drops when you drive the stagecoach into rubble and boss battle loot.
